Experience: Experience is critical in today's Real Estate environment. Contract knowledge, proactive marketing and solid negotiating skills are essential as well as familiarity with the many different ways a deal can be structured including lease options, land contracts and owner financing. With many successfully closed escrows, Robin has that experience and knowledge. She also knows that closing escrow is only part of the equation and that most important is her fiduciary duty when representing her clients. She takes this very seriously.

Commitment: Robin is committed to her clients and her profession. She is proud to be a Real Estate Broker and makes keeping up with the latest real estate laws, technologies and issues a priority. How else can one best represent their clients? She was the 2011 President of the Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® and has been on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®. She was named 2009 REALTOR® of the Year by her Tuolumne County peers.
