Meet Ursula Bahamondes

Born in the Bay Area but raised in Tuolumne County, I have in-depth knowledge of the local area and tenacity instilled in me from my Bay Area roots. After graduating from Sonora High School, I returned to the Bay Area for seven years. During this time, I gained invaluable sales, networking, and business development experience in various tech startup and retail settings. After realizing how incredible it is to live in Tuolumne County, I moved back and continued developing my skill set by studying my passions. I obtained an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification and then pursued my real estate license. I am freshly equipped with the latest knowledge in real estate and excited to help my clients, whether it be to find their dream home, help ease the stress of selling their property, or to locate a suitable investment. Working closely with my mentor, Robin Rowland, I have gained key insights into the local real estate market, and I look forward to utilizing these to fulfill my client's needs.

 

When I'm not working in real estate, I enjoy working out, listening to personal development podcasts and books, spending time with loved ones, home cooking, and exploring local cuisine! I am active in local community-focused groups, including Sonora Sunrise Rotary and the Healthy Humans Club, because I am passionate about uplifting others toward their highest potential. Ultimately, I aim to assist and guide others in achieving their goals and nourishing their dreams, one property at a time. This passion is prominent in how I approach real estate.
